(Training & guidance will be provided prior to the event)

• Guest Check-In & Hospitality:

  • Welcome guests, manage the check-in list, distribute wristbands and gift bags, and set a warm, friendly tone for the day.

• Author Support:

  • Assist authors with setup, help manage pre-orders, and ensure they have everything they need throughout the event.

• Book Pickup:

  • Organize pre-ordered books, assist readers at the pickup station.

• Raffle & Giveaways:

  • Handle tickets, manage raffle items, and assist with prize presentations.

• Event Photography / Media:

  • Capture moments throughout the event — guests, decor, author interactions — for future promotion and social media.

• Setup & Breakdown Team:

  • Help with decor setup before the event and assist with clean-up and packing afterward.
